Webcast process

STAGE 1 - PRIOR TO WEBCAST

1. Add all microsites for the webcast to celero
   • a) If a resource has been already used in a previous webcast, do not add a duplicate.
2. Decide what would be the utm_campaign.
3. Create a feed with the company name (e.g. troe).
   • a) add webcast microsites to that feed
4. Send support@celero.io (you can also cc me) an email with the utm parameter
5. Celero will setup the webcast and add it to the INTERNAL LINK

NOTE: Reports are live and will continuously update as the webcast takes place. Client reports links can be shared with clients (or ready to be shared). Data will update as webcast takes place.

STAGE 2 - AFTER THE WEBCAST

1. Update the excel sheet with the webinar emails/ip_addresses (ideally name the sheet with the utm_campaign)
2. let us know, so we can refresh.

Adding UTM parameters

Adding as a resource to ON24:

• <public share link>?gdpr_consent=1&utm_source=on24&utm_campaign=<webcast id>

For example - Using "robo-040125" campaign as an example, so replace it with your own.
