1. How is my investment contribution allocated into a certificate of deposit (CD) and real estate investment?
Investors can make a single contribution and split their funds between:
50% of your capital contribution will be deposited into a bank CD, while the balance of the contributed capital will be directly invested into a real estate deal.
2. What is the minimum investment contribution?
The minimum contribution is $100,000, split evenly between the CD and the real estate investment.
3. What is the holding term of the CD?
The CD is held for a 12-month term and can be renewed on an annual basis at an interest rate that will be determined at the reinvestment date.
4. Where are the CD funds held?
Tristate Capital Bank, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.
5. When will interest on the CD portion begin to accrue?
The interest on the CD portion will begin to accrue after the closing date. Interest is calculated on a daily basis and is applied to the account on a quarterly basis.
The real estate portion may not be simultaneous with the closing of the CD portion.

6. Is there an early redemption on the funds deposited in the CD?
Yes, full or partial redemption of principal.
Early redemption, prior to the 12-month maturity date, is subject to a fee equal to 6 months of interest on the amount of principal withdrawn.
7. What is the holding term of the real estate investment?

8. When will I receive updates on my investment?
Investors will receive semi-annual updates, which will be available on our platform.
9. What are the risks?
The investor's portion of the deposited funds is FDIC-insured up to $250,000. The portion of the investment contribution that is not held in bank deposits (and thus are not insured by the FDIC or by any other federal governmental agency), are not guaranteed by iintoo Investments Ltd.
