The goal

• Develop the UX for a "digital relationship" interface that allows users to view relevant content, view a summary (of the current/recommended content), ask further questions.
• The User interface has three main "modes":
  • Right side of content - showing related content (the focus right now)
  • "Gallery" showing content as cards (will design later)
• Success KPI: Users engaging with the panel / Total users

Recommended related content

• User sees the main content and on the side of it, the user gets automated recommendations that operate based on AI, what's trending and what is the person interested in.
• User can refresh to get most up to date results. I think this button should not be there.
• User can collapse the pane if they want to expand the main content.

Things to consider

1. The right pane can be part of the page scrolling or can scroll separate
2. The variations of the right pane can be several and also develop into a chat with the sales person. How could we make it so that we built it once but it can contain modules for the various user cases: a. Only related content b. Related content with "assistant" c. Followup questions to assistant (automated questions to appear below assistant summary text, with an option to ask something in free text d. Sales person's assistant (instead of anonymous assistant). Think that you're a sales person and this is your assistant helping you answer customer questions.
3. Currently, the boundary is not clear with the panel and the panel doesn't seem very appealing
4. Each card currently has a title, description, topics (bubbles) and number of views.

Recommendations+automated summary

• Expandable summary - user is provided with the beginning of a summary with a "See more" link to expand
• When the client is unknown, "Assistant" can represent an anonymous sales person. At a later stage, this pane should represent a digital relationship between a sales person and the user.
